Warranty and Returns

We hope that your order from None of Your Beeswax Candle Company meets or exceeds your expectations. If you are not satisfied, please do not hesitate to email us at [email protected] or call 610-948-7719. We will deal with your concerns and provide a full refund if you are unhappy with any of your purchases. We love to hear any feedback you may have so that we can continue to improve our service to you.

If your product is damaged in shipping please make a claim within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please provide the invoice number and date of your order along with your name and contact information. You will be fully refunded.

Product returns after 7 days must be in saleable condition and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the cost of shipping both ways.

If we made an error in your order we will give you full credit or ship out a replacement at our cost. If the error is a purchaser error we will help you get what you want at your cost. Please make these claims within 7 days of receipt of your order.
